inked               sky thickbrandied

               cinders
slide away

under our steps

                i turn away from my mother for

                moon   buck moon      full
  cold     moon]

                                    In silence I turn back
  to follow          mama corona

Jill Khoury is interested in the intersection of poetry, visual art, gender, and disability.
