Happy New Year, Uppagites!

The other news is not much, but I'm excited about the mix of writers in this issue. For instance, Michael Wurster and Dieter Weslowski are co-founders of the Pittsburgh Poetry Exchange. They live continents apart and don't get to visit often, but they're together here.

In another instance, two friends reconnected after one saw the other's work appear in Uppagus. (You know who you are, and hope you know how happy this made us.) Providence allowed their work to appear together in this issue as well.
